The caravan is sited in the middle row close to parking bays and is serviced by all water, drainage and electricity services.

A Propane gas (and reserve) bottle is fitted to supply the hot water boiler, cooker and lounge fire.

Additionally, each bedroom is fitted with a small electric heater (timed) to take the chill out of the air as required.

A secure storage unit is available to keep outside toys, beach equipment and other private belongings safe during your stay.

A gated decking is provided for the security of both children and pets as well as giving you a comfortable sitting area to relax and recharge whilst overlooking the North Sea in the far distance.

Surrounded by a well-kept grass area, the perfect play area for family games and barbecues is right on your doorstep.
Additionally, we are sited just a short walk away from the Parks entertainment venues, shop and indoor swimming pool.
Park Dean Facilities

Situated on a Park Dean site should you wish to use their facilities, then entertainment complex passes are available from the site Reception.
